Fixed box dividers are used to divide a standard drawer box into vertical and/or horizontal sections. The dividers are mounted inside the drawer box, and glued & pinned to the sides and bottom. Fixed dividers are constructed as follows;

• Dividers are made of the same material and thickness as the sides.
• The height is custom made to be 1/16” lower than the top of the drawer box.
• When ordering, specify the number of dividers (BD1, BD2, BD3, BD4, BD5, etc.).
• If a custom layout is desired, please supply a drawing.

Adjustable box dividers are used to divide a standard drawer box into vertical or horizontal sections. Two (2) rows of 3mm diameter holes are drilled on each side (inside) of the box. The holes are referenced from the center of the box and are drilled in both directions (in increments of 32mm) until they reach 2 to 3-1/4 inches from each inside end. The dividers are slotted on each end so that they can slide on metal pins (provided by SVW). Adjustable dividers are constructed as follows;

• The price is in addition to the fixed divider price.
• Dividers are made of the same material and thickness as the sides.
• The height is custom made to be 1/16” lower than the top of the drawer box.
• Four (4) metal pins are provided with each divider.
• The minimum box height is 2”.
• If the box height is less than 2-1/2” an additional charge is applied per divider.
• If the box requires custom setups an additional charge is applied per box. This would include vert. and hor. dividers in the same box and partial hole drilling in the box.
• The box can be constructed with HOLES Only, NO Dividers.
