We use PVA Adhesive, which has long been popular as a non-structural carpentry glue.  It is water-soluble and non-toxic.  Moreover, it offers excellent wood gluing properties.  We also select PVA Adhesive for our custom size drawers because it is water resistant.

WATERBORNE, LOW VOC FINISH
We use pre-catalyzed, waterborne, low-VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) lacquer finish.  This type of finish utilizes water as a carrier rather than solvents.  We further choose this finish for our custom drawer boxes because it offers excellent clarity that won’t amber out.

NO ADDED UREA FORMALDEHYDE
We select all of our custom dovetail drawer plywood products to be made with no-added-urea-formaldehyde, which subsequently minimizes potentially harmful emissions.
